Found this sea of serpentine roots when repotting a healthy White Sage, Salvia apiana.

I seldom add two photos of the same plant in a row, but Coleus growth is full of treats.

Coleus scutellarioides appears in many varieties and is known by several binomial names, but regardless of you call her she may manifest in different forms.

Morning glory core

Ipomoea tricolor self seeded, and perhaps crossed two varieties. The colors in the photograph don't do her justice, but here she is.
