Flytrap Seeds

Dionaea muscipula grows really pretty flowers. Some small bugs enjoy them not paying much attention at whatever happens a few inches below.

This Asian giant hornet (Vespa velutina) messed with a healthy flytrap (Dionaea muscipula).

Plant nervous impulse, in the "mouth" (actually a leaf) of a venus flytrap ( Dionaea muscipula). If you're small enough to crawl touching only one spike, you're good. Touch two at the same time, and... SNAP.
